The service

PadelUp Valencia provides a private padel class in Valencia: a coach for the whole session, court rental, rackets and balls. The session lasts about 2.5 hours door to door, of which 90 min are on court.

Getting to the court

Transport between your hotel in central Valencia and Padel Paiporta is included in the price. We do not carry passengers ourselves: we arrange and pay for the journey with a licensed transport provider, who carries you under their own terms and insurance. You are equally welcome to make your own way to the club — the price is the same either way.

Booking and confirmation

Sending the request form or a WhatsApp message does not create a booking on its own. The class is confirmed once we reply with a court and a time. Start times shown on this site are a preference; the exact hour is confirmed with the club.

Price and payment

• €130 per group for 1–2 players.
• €45 for each additional player.
• One court is booked for every four players.

Prices include the coach, the court, transport both ways, rackets and balls. Payment is made directly to the coach on the day unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation

Your responsibilities

• Arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time.
• Wear trainers with a flat sole and clothing you can move in. The coach may ask you to sit out if your footwear is unsafe on court.
• Tell us in advance about injuries or medical conditions that could affect you during physical activity. You confirm this when you send the booking form.
• Follow the coach's instructions during the session and the rules of Padel Paiporta. The coach may stop a drill, or the session, if it is not safe to continue.
• Use the rackets and balls we lend you as intended, and tell the coach straight away if anything is damaged.
• Participants under 18 take part under the responsibility of a parent or guardian.

Risk you accept

Padel is a physical sport played at speed in an enclosed court. By taking part you accept the risks inherent to the game itself, which include but are not limited to: muscle, tendon and joint injury from sudden changes of direction; being struck by a ball or a racket, whether your own, your partner's or an opponent's; contact with the glass walls, the mesh, the net or another player; slips and falls on the playing surface; and the effects of heat, sun or exertion.

You confirm when you book that everyone in your group is in adequate physical condition for this activity and that you have told us in advance about any injury, illness, pregnancy, medication or medical condition that could matter on court. If that confirmation is wrong or incomplete, the consequences are yours.

What we are not liable for

We are not liable for injury, loss or damage that results from:

• the risks inherent to padel described above;
• using rackets, balls or club facilities other than as intended, or not following the coach's instructions or the rules of the club;
• a medical condition you did not declare, or taking part against medical advice;
• taking part under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects your ability to move safely;
• the condition of the club's premises and courts, which are operated by Padel Paiporta under its own liability and insurance;
• the journey to and from the club, which is carried out by a licensed transport provider under its own terms and insurance;
• acts beyond our reasonable control, including weather, court closures, traffic, strikes and illness.

What we are liable for

We are liable for harm caused by our own negligence in providing the class. For loss that is not personal injury — property, costs or other economic loss — our liability is limited to the price you paid for the session, except where that limit is not permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Spanish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and any right you have as a consumer. If any part of this section is held to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We hold civil liability insurance for the coaching we provide. It does not replace your own cover: we strongly recommend you have travel or health insurance for the duration of your stay.

Personal belongings

Bring valuables at your own risk. We are not responsible for money, phones, watches, jewellery or other personal items lost, damaged or left behind at the club, in the changing rooms or in the vehicle. The club has changing rooms; ask the coach if you need somewhere to leave your things.

Photos

We often take a group photo on court. Tell the coach if you would rather we did not take or publish photos of you, and we will not.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Valencia having jurisdiction.
