Who we are

PadelUp Valencia organises private padel lessons in Valencia, Spain. You can reach us at hello@padelupvalencia.com or on WhatsApp at +34 674 70 74 14.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself when you request a class: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the date and time you would like to play, the number of players, your level and any notes you add.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and confirm a court and a time.
• To contact you if anything about the session changes.
• To keep a basic record of bookings for accounting purposes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who processes it

Booking requests submitted through the form on this site are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service acting as our processor. The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server access logs. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Booking correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to run and account for the service, and no longer than legally required. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@padelupvalencia.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
