Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a class

Plans change. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session and you owe nothing. Inside 24 hours we have already paid the club for the court, so the session counts as used.

Moving a class

Moving is easier than cancelling. Message us as early as you can and we will look for another slot with the club — there is no fee for changing the date or time if we can find one.

Weather

The club has both indoor and outdoor courts, so rain almost never stops a session. If conditions do make play impossible, we move you to another time or cancel at no cost to you.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel — illness, a court problem, anything on our side — you are offered another time or a full refund of anything you have paid.
