Who we are

PadelUp Valencia organises private padel lessons in Valencia, Spain. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +34 674 70 74 14.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself when you request a class: your name, WhatsApp number, the date and time you would like to play, the number of players, your level and any notes you add.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and confirm a court and a time.
• To contact you if anything about the session changes.
• To keep a basic record of bookings for accounting purposes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who processes it

The site and its booking endpoint are hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server access logs. Booking requests submitted through the form are sent by our private Telegram bot to a private group used by the people who organise the classes. Telegram processes that message under its own privacy policy. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Site analytics and conversion measurement

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors navigate the site and where the experience can be improved. Clarity may process page views, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, approximate location and performance data. It can also create visual heatmaps and session replays. Booking-form content is explicitly masked and Clarity masks sensitive content by default.

Advertising storage is disabled. Analytics cookies are used only if you select “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. If you choose “Essential only”, Clarity receives a denied consent signal and does not use analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement .

With the same consent, we load the Google Ads tag to measure page visits and send a Google Ads conversion signal after a class request is submitted successfully. The conversion signal does not include your name, WhatsApp number, requested date or any other form content. Google may process device, browser, network and approximate-location information for this measurement. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and ad user data remain disabled. You can read Google's privacy policy .

How long we keep it

Booking correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to run and account for the service, and no longer than legally required. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp at +34 674 70 74 14 and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Microsoft Clarity analytics and Google Ads measurement are optional and require your consent. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
